Dear customer!

The issue has been resolved and all the Skolup language models are, once again available for our users.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused you.

Customers who are still using the older language versions of the LLM need to remove them and then add the new ones. Orgadmin can do this.

Dear customer!

Some users might have problem accessing language models in Skolup at the moment.

It seems as if the problems are connected to infrastructure outside of our control, we will update this incident with more information shortly.

Rest assured that our developers and technicians are doing all they can to mitigate the problems.
